- Once registered, you are able to select your searches and download/upload required documents
- Membership enables you to store all your company and administrator information, as well as store, recall and check status of current and past searches
Obtain The Following Information From The Candidate
- Full name as well as any past aliases
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Current and previous residential address or addresses
- Driver's license number and state
Obtain and Submit Signed Release Form From Candidate
- Before any order can be complete, you must submit a signed release form from the applicant
- View a sample of the applicant release here
- The order process will prompt you to download the document or offer an e-sign option
- Once signed by the applicant, it is recommended you keep a copy for your own files
- Note: Your requested search/es cannot be conducted without this signed document. To expedite the turnaround time of your orders, it is recommend you submit the release as soon as possible

- You will be prompted to enter necessary fields of candidate information
- Social Security and Database Criminal Background Checks provide instant results for review
- Turnaround time for services vary ranging from one to five business days. To expedite the delivery of results, submit the signed applicant release as soon as possible. Alerts will be send via email or within your account depending upon preference.
- Results of orders with multiple searches will be delivered in a full report via email upon completion of all searches. Status of individual searches within can be viewed within your account.
